In November 2024 Denmark's uprooting of settled residents from "ghettos" forms part of aggressive plan to assimilate nonwhite inhabitants. If a Muslim community exceeds over 30 percent it immediately becomes a tagert. The government can demolish buildings, force relocation, and redistribute housing. Belgium has about 8 percent Muslims living in their country. In 2019 Belgium outlawed the practice of Halal slaughter because it violated animal welfare laws. Belgium's Muslim community challenges Halal slaughter ban at Strasbourg Court. The Court of Human Rights did up held the ban causing it very hard for the Muslim community to practice their religion. In 2009 Switzerland made a minaret referendum that 60 percent of the population voted on. There are 4 Muslim minaret spire buildings in Switzerland with a 400,000 Muslim population. The referendum dose not stop the Muslim community from having more mosque, But stops the characteristics of a traditional mosque building. Hungry added a fence on the southern border to keep Muslim refugees out. In 2025 Hungary rejected 100 percent of Muslim refugees applications from Muslim majority controlled countries.
